The factory was established in 1958, known as "Red Star" brand bearings, and won the recognition in domestic and international bearing industry. The company mainly produces wheel hub bearings and hub assembly, as well as various non-standard bearings. Our main series are for VW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz car, and we have also been developing Honda, Toyota, GM, Volvo, Hyundai, Kia series and more. The bearings are widely exported to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and etc. The company has developed on the basis of more than 20 excellent technicians and other experienced engineers. 

Kunshan Five-Pointed Star Bearing Co., Ltd is the branch of Red Star Bearing Factory (Shanghai Lu Hong Bearing Factory), moved to Kunshan officially and changed its name in July 2017. There are 60 years of professional bearing production history. The company has developed on the basis of more than 20 excellent technicians and other experienced engineers. While inheriting the advantages of technology, it also shoulders the responsibility to carry forward the brand.

We have a variety of high-precision quality testing equipments and third-party bench testing.

I used to work as a translator in a Japanese company. I'm in March 2009, I started to be in charge of customers and worked for a German company to process medical accessories, and I was mainly responsible for production process control and quality management. After then, we realized that process and quality control must be strictly controlled. Because of this insistence, in October 2009, I got an order from a Canadian customer, making hot runner accessories, after having previous experience, I did much more this time, from accepting customer drawings to purchasing raw materials, to production arrangement, process control, inspection and shipment, etc.  Because of insisting on quality awareness, in 2010, I was fortunate to cooperate with a Japanese customer. This order was valve core and valve cover. This product had higher requirements for accuracy. 

From the end of 2011 to the beginning of 2012, a German customer saw our products and our equipments, and very happy to cooperate with us. After we successfully completed the sample orders and  met their all requirements, so we started to get mass order. Thus we successfully realized the transformation and upgrading of the products. At that time, we was doing the processing of automobile wheel hub bearings. In order to achieve zero defect delivery, we company setted up a special pre-shipment inspection team.
