We produce high grade wheel hub units to improve the efficiency, safety and reliability of automotive applications. test shows that IQFPS premium wheel hub units last twice as long as economy-line units.

• We use Gcr15 as the material of inner ring and outer ring, this is the most suitable bearing steel for Generation 1 hub bearing, and steel supplier is Baosteel and Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Corp.

• AKS and TSUBAKI NAKASHIMA is the supplier of our steel balls (G10), whose dimensional stability and precision stability is famous in the world. It will help our bearing more durable and last longer.

• Grease from KYODO YUSHI (JAPAN), it helps the bearings to roll smoothly and can last for 3 years at least.

• C56E2 medium carbon bearing steel (which is equal to S55C and SAE1055) is used for the material of flange.
