OUR SERIVE
After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project. If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we will prepare to customize the forging mold and the other tools to make the wheel hub assembly. If customer have no drawing, but have sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions, make the drawings, after confirming the main important size. We will prepare to customize the forging mold and the other tools to make the wheel hub assembly.

The production process flow as below: Raw material test-CNC turning-heat treatment-CNC fine turning-CNC center ( drilling)-QC –grinding-assembly-test-send samples to confirm-confirm-Laser lettering- package-delivery.

Can you do laser letters on the bearings?
Yes, it's free to laser letters, but if you want to laser the brand on it, you need to authorize us.
How to deal with after-sales?
Usually the warranty time is one year or 80,000KM, if the wheel bearing has a problem, pls take the video to introduce where the problem is, then we will well deal with it.
What's the delivery time ?
We will delivery in one week if stock, otherwise 45-60days.
What is the standard of package?
White box/IQFPS brand colored box + export carton box to export pallet.
Can I customize my colored box?
Yes, if you have not big quantity but want to customize your colored box, it's acceptable.
Do you accept OEM business?
Yes, but we have the MOQ 2000pcs.
