Heat treatment is an indispensable part of wheel bearing production. Through heat treatment, the material structure can be transformed, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the material. However, the quenching depth of heat treatment determines the quality of the bearing, too deep or too shallow will directly affect its service life. Our company IQFPS adopts high-frequency quenching for the inner and outer rings of bearings, strictly controls the layer depth of 2.0 to 3.5mm, and adopts the bainite process for the overall heat treatment of the inner rings, so as to increase its toughness and prolong the service life of the bearings.
